Title: Released illegal aliens and crime - a report
Post by: pilot_dude on March 15, 2016, 11:31:37 AM
Interesting report:

Quote from:
What's more, her report said that in 2014, ICE released 30,558 criminal aliens who had been convicted of 92,347 crimes. Only 3 percent have been deported.

Simple solution: homicide prosecution trumps immigration law. Try them in the jurisdiction where the crime was committed and if convicted they go on that jurisdiction's P&L Statement.

Deporting these criminals is a waste of time, at least until we improve border security to keep them from coming back.

Murder for one.

So for clarification, people aren't calling for execution of illegals except for crimes that already have the death penalty, right?

I probably misunderstood the post someone made "Execute a few....word will spread..."

I believe the comment about "execute a few . . ." was made with tongue in cheek.  At least, that is the reason I responded with "I'm good with that".  Of course, I would not execute anyone except for the most horrendous of crimes with only a huge burden of proof allowed.  "beyond a reasonable doubt" is not good enough.

And if they're Muslim, line 'em up and execute them with bullets dipped in pig's blood!

A technique Trump loves to talk about. To cheers.

How far we've come.  :-[

It would appear we are turning criminals loose that have already committed felonies, and of course they then commit more felonies....  Maybe we should try, convict and execute a few of them instead of playing political games that include releasing them on an unsuspecting population.  Remember the debacle when Obama ordered a bunch of these poor criminals be freed and they let out a number of harden felons along with those who were deemed by executive fiat to be wrongly imprissoned.

Really not much different from letting Gitmo residents loose to go back to the battlefield.

Or...we could allow people to come here unimpeded, commit numerous crimes and have there be no penalty whatsoever, because they're currently useful political pawns.

How far we've come.  :-[

I am of firm convictions that those who take a life have relinquished their right to breath air.  As was stated above, it must be without any doubt as taking a life is serious business (yes, you can call me Captain Obvious).
Furthermore, these illegal aliens should have been deported immediately and, if found within these United States again, be sentenced to hard labor at Gitmo.  That solves two problems (convicts continuing to commit crimes and the decreasing population at Gitmo) and it's only Wednesday.

Dukakis lost in part because of Willie Horton.

Obama has at least 150 Willie Hortons, and the compliant press is silent.

How far we've come. Not.

Why isn't this front page news?  Oh yeah, the mainstream media is just a propaganda tool for the Democrats.

The press AND the academic horde have become the biggest champion of totalitarianism, communism, and suppression of citizen rights, of any group in history.

And they are shaping the minds of our youth, and have been for generations now, at least since the 1970's or so, but more in the past twenty five years.  How can we stop them?

Promote the power of freedom and the toxic poison that has become the academic horde loses much of its appeal. Tell young people about the benefits of hard work and creative work. CELEBRATE achievement, instead of attacking achievers. Ignore the fascist college professors who spend their lives hating successful people out of nothing but jealousy, and attack THEM for their hypocrisy and double standards on everything from illegal immigration to constitutional rights.

Dukakis tanked early.

Actually In March and April GHW Bush lead Dukakis in the polls, then Dukakis lead GHWB in the polls until September. During the summer of 1988 Dukakis enjoyed anywhere from 6 to 16% lead.
