I'm not sure of the process for a State Governor to propose Constituional Amendments, but these all sound like good ideas to me.

Citing how well the state of Florida is run, Gov. Ron DeSantis is proposing four amendments to the U.S. Constitution to fix what he says is a broken federal government.
The first would impose term limits for members of Congress and the second would require a balanced budget at the federal level.
The third proposal would give the president line-item veto power on budget items and the fourth would prohibit members of Congress from imposing laws on citizens that do not apply to themselves.
“Washington is never going to reform itself,” DeSantis said at a press conference in Naples Monday standing at a lectern with a sign that says “Hold Washington accountable.”

The governor is spot on. I may add one more, members of Congress and the government are forbidden using insider trading tactics.
On the balanced budget, add a provision if they cannot balance the budget, congressional pay goes to zero until such time they pass a balanced budget.
Time to go back having them (Congress) work for us, not the other way.

Useless unless you include every member of the family, extended family and friends. If you forbid me, I tell me son or a good friend and have them make the trades and they can make a few bucks.

It's not illegal for congress. Congress ALWAYS exempts themselves from laws they pass.

That's insider trading from the legal perspective. Those family members and friends could be prosecuted for using information like that. However congress is exempt.
That needs to change.

Many people are ignorant on bills and laws. Read the preamble. Congress will routinely exempt themselves when they pass a bill.

While we're at it, repeal everything beyond the original 10 and change the 3/5 rule to 1/3.

Just make it so if you don’t pay taxes, you don’t vote. Parasites don’t get a vote.
