His endorsement doesn't mean squat. However the delegates he holds does. Rubio will hold them to the convention as a bargaining chip.

Could go several ways, that will depend on the final delegate counts at the convention. If a candidate gets over the top, then Rubio's bargaining chip is deminished. However, if both come up short, then Rubio has more to bargain with.
