I used to spend Sunday afternoons watching nfl games, until the bastards decided to kneel as an insult to the National anthem.
Now our Sunday afternoons are spent together and I don’t miss the nfl one tiny bit.

Agree with that, although I did watch a few games, usually a portion of a game, the last season or two. But I did write to the NFL complaining about all the woke bullshit they’re doing, surprise no reply. After those idiots began kneeling I didn’t watch for a few years. College football is more exciting and fun to watch IMO.

For the first couple of years I sent an email to the nfl office every Monday thanking them for being scumbag, assholes, and telling them all the things we did I as a family while NOT watching their shitty broadcasts.
Never once got a reply.
I guess if you don’t spend your weekends stealing Nike sneakers and flat screen tv’s you do t matter to the fucking twats at the nfl.

This is why I watch NASCAR. Yes there are woke folks there. When it is invocation and anthem time, every team is lined up beside their car and you don't see folks kneeling. These are amazing athletes, both drivers and the pit crews. Last week the cockpit temperatures were over 130 degrees.

Used to watch but don’t anymore. I think after Earnhardt died NASCAR began changing. Now they have a ridiculous playoff. I recall if they had left the points it alone Gordon would have won another Championship. Now it’s become woke and Wallace often stirring up the race card. Surprise.

Certainly entitled to your opinion, they are currently selling races out and the TV ratings are quite good. The street race in Chicago proved they can take the show just about anywhere. The playoffs give another level of competition and you don't truly know who the champion will be until the race is over in Phoenix. No one can lock it up 10 races to go in the season when the TV ratings would tail off. There is a plus for winning as it locks you in. Still a plus to piling up points to win the regular season and playoff points are a big plus as they carry through each round of the playoffs.

Actually Kyle Larson is my driver. He was suspended during COVID for using the N word during a simulator race. After his suspension was lifted he was hired by Hendricks and proceeded to win 10 races and the championship in 2021.
You're talking about Noah Gragson who was just suspended this weekend for liking a George Floyd meme.
People with high visibility, unfortunately, still need to be careful with what they do and/or say on Social Media because someone is always watching and the folks at the top will still work to protect what they think their image should be.
I'll be watching to see if their audience is affected by this once word really gets out.

People need to stop apologizing for exercising their first amendment right.
It is alarming that companies and employers are spending money to pay people to sit around cyberstalking their employees to the point of finding not even what they write but posts they simply “like”. You can’t police yourself enough. There will always be somebody offended no matter what. How about if I “like” this meme about bombing Hiroshima? Should I be punished for it by having my livelihood taken away?

Speaking of being white, that long form census I had to fill out? They ask your race of course. They have these explanations why they want to know. Because they aggregate all the data to fight discrimination.
So if you click “white, non-Hispanic” a box pops up asking “what ethnicity? For example (they say) German, Irish, Italian,” etc they list a ton. So I ignored the box and tried to move on but it wouldn’t let me. WHAT’S YOUR ETHNICITY?! It demanded.
My response was, “What’s the difference? I’m a garden variety white American.”
What are they going to do, make sure French descendants aren’t discriminated against more than Scottish descendants? FUCK NO. They’re going to make sure all whites of any European ancestry are discriminated against. So why the hell do they care about my ancestry?

Yep. Fortunately most of what they asked is publicly available although they’d have to go to various different places to find it. But my genetic information is not, although police can access it with a warrant, I’m not about to just give it to them.
I’ve had to do this long form many years ago when it was on paper. This time it was online because “green” virtue signaling. It said we are required by law to respond, which is true but I doubt it’s heavily enforced. But I don’t need Feds knocking on my door for any reason so I answered their stupid questions. “Do you have hot and cold running water?” was one of them. No. We worked and saved all these years so we could retire in a shack without indoor plumbing. (Sarcasm alert.)

Every ten years they count everybody but every year they send these detailed questionnaires to certain local communities. It’s not for the purpose of counting but rather to identify where to direct federal resources and to analyze demographic data.

I get the idea they mean especially ICE even though they don’t name it, they include “any other government agency”. Gotta protect the illegals at all costs.
