Indictment or not, I really don't think the American people actually want socialism. When they don't own property, taxes are through the roof, food becomes scarce and there's no point in working hard to earn money because it'll be taxed and redistributed, they'll wish they hadn't voted for him.
He does make some valid points regarding the impacts of an indictment on the Democratic Party but I think he undersold it. He basically said that if she concedes, Bernie gets the nomination and she's indicted, it won't affect Bernie so long as she concedes prior to the nomination. Bernie has said several times that he doesn't care about her emails and Trump will certainly use that against him. If she's indicted I don't think it'll matter who the Democratic nominee is, I think the Republicans will win in November.
This all assumes the FBI recommends charges and the DOJ actually does something.
