Title: Trump's "Suggestion" for immigration
Post by: JeffDG on June 25, 2016, 11:56:23 AM
He's going to halt Obama's mass deportations...is that what you Trumpkins thought he meant?

Quote
“President Obama has mass deported vast numbers of people -- the most ever, and it’s never reported. I think people are going to find that I have not only the best policies, but I will have the biggest heart of anybody,” Trump said.

This guy will literally say anything to keep momentum on his campaign and get elected. The sad thing is his supporters will make all kinds of excuses for the dumb crap he says for him. American politics has reached a new low I think.

C'mon...I'm waiting for Trump's supporters to chime in.

I know some folks loved Trump's stand on immigration...did you vote for him in the primaries so that he could halt Obama's mass deportations?

Pretty much.  That's a consequence of the GOP nominating one of her donors.

Actually, no, that's not a consequence.  The corrupt doormat gets a pass from all the liberals.  It wouldn't matter who the GOP nominates

Actually, yes.

The GOP had an opportunity.  The Democrats were hell bent on nominating the candidate with the worst negative ratings in history.  But instead of nominating anyone else, the GOP went out and nominated the one person in the country that had worse negatives, on top of being a donor of the Democrat nominee.  At that point they ceded the presidential election outright.

you are failing to grasp cause and effect.  The liberals will give a pass to the corrupt doormat regardless of the GOP nominee.

oh wait, you think the effect I was referring to was the winner of the election.  No.  I was was talking about the liberals giving the doormat a pass.  Nothing to do with the election.

And you missed my point.  My point was that the fact of a President Hillary was a consequence of the GOP nominating the one person in the country with higher negatives than Hillary.

Do you really think that Cruz, or any of the other GOP primary candidates (other than Kasich) had a better chance against Hillary?

I think ALL of them, right down to Jim Gilmore, had a better chance against Hillary than Donnie.

The Dems nominate a candidate with record-breaking negatives, so what does the GOP do?  Say "Challenge Accepted" and nominate the one person on earth with worse negatives.
