PHOENIX - Amid an ongoing investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of email and hours before the public release of the Benghazi report, US Attorney General Loretta Lynch met privately with former President Bill Clinton.

The Democrats don't appear to care about how bad anything looks anymore since they own the MSM. Would either of them have even thought that this would not look good with Hillary under FBI investigation?

With as greedy as the one-percenter Clintons are in general, i wonder how much Bill had to pay to get Loretta Lynch to agree to kill the indictment before it comes out.

I doubt Bill would have paid her.
Threaten maybe, but not pay.

OTOH- The USAG is the attorney for the POTUS. Sec of State works for POTUS. This may be a privileged conversation under Attorney-Client rules, as Bill is a former President....I know, I'm grasping for straws here, trying to make what looks fishy smell like flowers.

No, the Attorney General is not the attorney for POTUS, but for the United States. Courts have ruled that conversations between POTUS and the AG are not subject to attorney-client privilege, let alone former POTUSs

Not according to Wikipedia sir

The original duties of this officer were "to prosecute and conduct all suits in the Supreme Court in which the United States shall be concerned, and to give his advice and opinion upon questions of law when required by the president of the United States, or when requested by the heads of any of the departments"

The role of the Attorney General is the top law enforcement officer of the United States. The White House Counsel's office is the President's lawyer:

There is a difference.

Lynch will get a high pay position with the Clinton Foundation after she leaves office. Watch for it.
-
If the FBI recommends an indictment and the Attorney General does not go with it then this will come back as a major reason. There will be demands for a special prosecutor (more than there are now). Saturday Night Massacre, anyone?

And the White House Counsel is not even the president's lawyer. There is no attorney client privilege there either, the counsel is an advisor on legal matters.

I would argue that it extends to the President as a position and not to the person on personal matters.

From your article, sir:
"The United States Attorney General (A.G.) is the head of the United States Department of Justice per 28 U.S.C. § 503, concerned with legal affairs and is the chief law enforcement officer and chief lawyer of the United States government."
I think that's exactly what Jeff stated.

I don't dispute THAT. The dispute arose when I said that it may be subject to attorney-client privilege in an official duty capacity.

Take a look at the comments. Some of my favorites:
This is where the phrase "accidentally on purpose" came from.
