I sure hope so, but I rather doubt it.  Admin is probably in line with student govt.

However, as a public university, the 1st Amendment applies.  Many, many such cases have resulted in massive awards for plaintiffs.

This is incorrect.  The government, nor its agents (like a Student government of a public university) may not impose any punishment upon people for their speech.  Not jail, not suspension from office, not docking pay.  The SGA President does not understand what he's gotten himself, his student government, or the Univserity into, but I'm sure their legal counsel will explain it to them when the suit is filed.

This should be entertaining to watch. Absolutely pathetic that these snowflakes are so thin skinned they can't handle a differing point of view. The real world is going to be the real "punch in the stomach" for them.

The entire progressive movement has been dedicated to ending free speech as the last means of holding power. The progressive pig-sty has arrived at their long sought after goal, destroying freedom and replacing it with regulation.
