During Katrina they were all but accusing Bush of using a top secret hurricane steering machine to drive that storm right into the poorest, blackest parishes in and around New Orleans for the express purpose of genocide, and that was before there was any idea of the ultimate deathtoll.
Ignored of course was the FACT that Mayor Ray Nagin was the one who refused federal assistance, failed to move the school buses, failed to order a mandatory evacuation, etc., since he was a Democrat who happened to be black he remained all but blameless and was even re-elected AFTER his gross incompetence and his stated RACIST intent to rebuild New Orleans as a 'chocolate' city.
Of course Nagin is now in federal prison serving time after being convicted on 2o (of 21) charges of bribery, money laundering and wire fraud (12 years after Katrina).
