Kind of funny, considering how much foreign bribes^H^H^H^H^H "donations" make it into the pockets of democrats.

When you look closely you see the entire system being rigged to make individual success impossible. Even the education system has become a partner instilling failure, fear, laziness, anger and entitlement, without offering a single solution. It is as if the education cartle is invested in failure and offering solutions would endanger their agenda.

That something like this comes down to administrative regulations from an Executive branch agency vs legislation duly passed by Congress shows just how far we have fallen into tyranny and the consolidation of power in the Executive.
