As I've said about Hillary I'll say about Bill, a 3rd year law student could make a solid RICO case against the Clinton Crime Family.

Unfortunately, most 3rd year law students also don't want to wake up having unexpectedly committed suicide with a gunshot to the back of the head in a deserted park inside a B-55 Baron that mysteriously caught on fire.
