An official within Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign appeared to have discussions with sources inside the Department of Justice about ongoing open records lawsuits regarding the former secretary of State’s emails, according to an email released on Tuesday.
In an email from May of 2015, Clinton campaign spokesman Brian Fallon said that “DOJ folks” had “inform[ed]” him about an upcoming status conference in one of the lawsuits regarding Clinton’s private email setup.
The information about an upcoming court event would have been public knowledge and open for all to attend. And it’s unclear whether the people Fallon spoke to at the Justice Department were officials who regularly communicate with the public.
However, the fact that Fallon — a former spokesman with the Department of Justice — remained in contact with anyone from the department is likely to renew allegations that the Obama administration maintained an especially cozy relationship with the former secretary of State’s presidential campaign.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign opened a nasty Twitter war with WikiLeaks late Monday amid the leak of campaign chairman John Podesta’s purported emails, with spokesman Brian Fallon accusing the group of being a “propaganda arm” for Moscow and WikiLeaks firing back with a battery of counter-charges -- and another document dump.
Late Monday, Fallon tweeted that “media needs to stop treating WikiLeaks like it is same as FOIA" and recognize that the emails are from "an illegal hack" from a group "colluding" with Russia to help Donald Trump. WikiLeaks has since gone point for point with him on Twitter, accusing the campaign of "lying."
The Clinton campaign is leaking like the Titanic.

The email exchange also indicates that Palmieri misunderstood the terms of the agreement. She wrote that she thought the campaign would be able to pick the quotes that would be used. Leibovich responded, "I wanted the option to use all — and you could veto what you didn't want. That's why I selected the 5 or 6 I sent to you...The moose is good, but I'd really love to use the other things I sent, too. They were all on point. Sorry for mis-communique here, but do you think you can check?"

Other than some FOIA cases, are there any other lawsuits out there? I thought they all were quashed before they ever got that far.
Either way, this stinks to high heaven, and ordinary people (you know, the ones Hillary hates) like us are powerless to do anything about it.
They aren't even hiding their corruption any more.

The Russian accusation is just another smear attempt on the part of lying liberals, because smearing is their first and often, only recourse, after hijacking the DOJ and FBI, of course. Other than rumors made up out of thin air, there is little to nothing to tie Russia to the leaks.
