The Alt Right is going to become more of a thing, and probably misrepresented. We should be well versed in this because the media is going to distort it.
Milo Yiannopolos is not the "leader" of it, but does understand it and describes it well.

Milo speaks and holds forums, and it is interesting to watch him totally silence progressives. He will say, "I even wrote a guide for you on how to beat me. Did you read it? Didn't think so."

The left will never admit to losing, so they have to invent a bogyman to take the blame for them running a candidate so hated that even blacks voted against her. Alt-Right is a convenient term to shift blame onto someone - anyone - else.
-
As I understand it, alt right is basically the Nazi party and Klan. It's a tiny minority, probably less than 100,00 total. They believe that somehow Trump will be their friend.
Not going to happen. He already disavowed them during the campaign.

Someday the democrats will realize that they overplayed the race card.
When that day comes, they will instantly find another label to use for the purpose of buying votes and raising money.

CNN didn't get the memo.

What about the radical alt left? How come we don't hear about them?

They don't even know they exist.

I think a better way to describe it is how Milo Yiannopoulos described it in that they believe in more of a European version of "the right." It sounds more like the left has attributed claims of Nazis and white supremacists to them (and a refusal by the alt-right to turn them away) rather than them being directly tied together.

We hear about the radical left constantly. In fact, anyone left of center is regularly referred to as the radical left. See also: leftists, libs, libtards, commies, socialists, losers, welfare queens, illegals, vote fraud lovers.

Do they have an Alt version?

Do they have an Alt version?
It's the whole Democratic Party (http://townhall.com/columnists/katiekieffer/2016/09/19/meet-the-altleft-n2220273), I think. Or maybe not. I'm not sure. It's probably like most labels: too broad, not wholly accurate, used with ill intent.

Agree that labels are problematic. How to solve that problem?
That's a good article, though. :)

Don't use 'em! Though I don't always practice what I preach.

You mean just like "Alt-right", seized upon by the left and the media (redundant, I know) to slur Trump and his supporters, since couldn't lie with a straight enough face to tar the entire republican party considering that Trump clearly split the GOP party and is opposed by its establishment.

Yes. :)
