Obama did it.  He appointed two FAR LEFT, Radical SCOTUS judges.  Sotomayor, and Kagan.  They don't care about the Constitution, but only about activism.  He also appointed leftist DOJ's and umpteen number of Federal judges on every level.  Now it is Trumps turn to put in a few Scalias.  Elections have consequences.  Isn't that what Obama said?

I think you're misusing the word radical.

I don't.

I figured, but you were just complaining about hyperbole in the other thread.

Well, I don't want radical judges either to the left or to the right.  I want calm, normal, centrist judges who don't make wacked out ruling.

Unfortunately the left and the right don't agree on what "wacked out" means anymore.  So maybe judges who will make rulings that upset both parties?  That would probably be a good sign that it's in the right place.

I think that's where Trump tends toward anyway.  He also wants calm, normal judges who don't go shaking things up because a lack of predictability creates risk and risk is bad for business.
