Who is Soros speaking of?

 That quote describes Barack Obama perfectly.  But Soros said that of Donald Trump.

Guess he didn't get anything for the $10 million he blew on Hillary plus another $20 million he spent on the election to try to defeat Trump.

Supposedly he was a Nazi collaborator.  Many Jews were to save themselves.
