Also, I note that the museum will be about the lives of Barack AND Michele. What could one possibly come up with that was meaningful about anything she did?

Right next to the Wookie Wing will be "Michele's Cafeteria" where museum guest can dine on the fine food that Michelle recommended that school children eat.
In the "Barack Hall" there will be a humanoid talking exhibit of Barry. Ask him any question and he will lie about it. Further down will be replica classrooms like the ones BHO taught law in (the doors don't open, you just have to imagine what they look like since there was never any proof her taught constitutional law).
At the main entrance in a glass case will be the original ACA "Obamacare" Act that has never been opened or read, just like when it was pushed through congress using "reconciliation". There will be a Nancy Pelosi humanoid telling visitors "We have to vote for it so we can see what's in it!"
