The pope has discriminated by stating that "indigenous groups" have a right to "their" ancestral land.
My question is - how did he divide the people? Because the last that I checked, I was a native American too. My ancestral land - the land of my ancestors - was developed and I had no say in what was being built there (condos). I gained no benefit from it. I would have gladly kept everything as it was.
So, other than racism (ie, the promotion of one "race" over another), how does the pope judge that the Injuns are better than me? Why do THEY get control of their ancestral lands and I do not?
I don't mean this as a joke - I think this is racism, it is a dividing and promotion of one group of people over another group of people based on race. And the leader of the largest and oldest Christian church in the world should know better.

I'm Catholic but this Pope is really pissing me off. Papal infallibility is only with respect to Catholic doctrine or dogma. Wading into politics doesn't cut it.
-
The Pope also approves of interlopers wading across the border and taking over my ancestral lands.
Sort of like what the pilgrims did to the Indians.

He doesn't claim infallibility in these matters and has actually said that he encourages discourse on his comments in the political arena.
That said he pisses me off too. I'm Catholic too, and I regularly question local catholics when they make statements that I think are stupid. This guy is a socialist/communist. These guys are always deriding capitalism and people who make well, yet live quite comfortably off the spoils of those earnings. I could go on, but suffice it to say I question a lot that comes out of his mouth, sometimes though I go to the transcripts of what he actually said and like everything else in the media, what he actually says and what is reported are usually not the same. I wish he would devote much more energy in solving the many problems in his own organisation.

I didn't claim that he did claim infallibility; I just wanted to point that out because many non-Catholics, and certainly the many Catholic haters, often try to imply that the Pope's spoken word is the equivalent of Doctrine, which must be followed by Catholics. It isn't, and we don't.

Nope, in fact you stated he didn't have infallibility in these things, I was just restating it, adding my own 2 cents. You are correct here too.

No more double negatives tonight, OK Paul? It's tax season and my brain hurts.

Lol, I'm an engineer, not an English major, but I'll try harder next time. ;)

Recovering Catholic here. This Pope is an admitted far left, Communist. I don't think he, or any other Pope should be involved, nor comment on politics. His views on public policy, and what he supports is HARMFUL to the populace.

Mine too, you'd think doing a simple return for the airplane LLC would be easy. :'(

I want to create a new LLC just to "own" my next plane. Not expecting a business use and no partners, but mostly for privacy reasons (no one can look up my tail number and determine my net worth, employment, associates, family, when I won't be home, and anything else you can google these days.)
What kind of returns needed? I'm also an LLC for work purposes.

I'll let Stan answer that one. We have a partnership of 4 so there are K-1s for each partner when I'm done. I always have trouble with the balance sheet as QuickBooks and TurboTax don't seem to agree.

If you are the sole owner of an LLC, it is deemed to be "disregarded entity" and no federal tax return would be required. Anything that would usually go on a return would go on your individual income tax return. If there's no business being conducted, nothing will need to be reported.
Most states follow federal and treat single-member LLCs as disregarded entities. However some states don't, and will expect a state return to be completed. CA has a flat $800 franchise tax just for the privilege of having a single member LLC in that People's Republic.
Your welcome. That will be $500.

I'll have to pay you in beer, Stan.
