So, what will we do when the women strike, and leave us white males helpless??? :)
What would happen in a world where women didn't exist?
That's what people around the globe on Wednesday will attempt to demonstrate by taking part in one of the largest-ever International Women's Day protests.
"A Day Without a Woman," also deemed the Women's Strike, encourages participants to skip work or school and avoid purchasing anything in stores or online to show just how critical a role women play in society.

So, a day without women................
Will this be like, a national day of celebration for men? 24 hours sports, all day drinking, staying out late without repercussion, watching all the porn they like, etc?

Can you say "beer, pizza and internet porn"?

When do us white men get our day off? What would a "day without white men" look like?

Don't you know? We have every day off, as us white males possess white privilege, so every day is a picnic, and holiday. There is no work, no struggle, no toil when you are a white male.

Half the faculty of a top city magnet school plans to skip class Wednesday, striking to send a message about the importance of women’s rights — and to underscore their contributions in education.
Nearly every female teacher at Science Leadership Academy in Center City plans on using a personal day to commemorate A Day Without a Woman, said Larissa Pahomov, an English teacher at the school.
Science Leadership Academy teacher Larissa Pahomov helped organize a one-day strike among the female faculty of the Philadelphia magnet school.
Three-quarters of the faculty of Bayard Taylor Elementary in North Philadelphia plan to stay home for the same reason, teachers there said.

What happens when business owners and public administrators suspend, or fire this poor, suffering, indigent, cesspool for not showing up to work?
-
::) Absurd lib-o-crap.
Sorry, here I am. :)
There's an alternative for smart women, called #WeShowUp.
-
This woman probably should stay home. A lot.

Just had a liberal friend insist that women are paid less than men for the same work.

That argument holds up for me, but perhaps it's too complex for the emotionally triggered?

I have been in the corporate world with some pretty large companies my entire career. I have had large staffs, small staffs, hired, and fired, etc. so I have seen salary levels for various positions over many years. I have NEVER encountered a situation where a woman made less than her male counterparts for doing the same job. There are salary ranges for positions, and many times I'd start the person off in the middle or lower/middle of the range. Sometimes there are negotiations, but you have limits due to budgets, and other issues. In fact, the last company I was with had a mandate to hire women, and minorities at a greater rate, so those candidates got preferential treatment for job openings. Fair, huh?

The only organization that I'm aware that pays women lower for the same job as a man is the Clinton Foundation.

And the Obama White House.

I owned a business for many years. It was in a female dominated profession, but I did hire a few men. All of my highest paid employees were women, but on average, the men made more than the women. The reason was that when I made an offer, I always made what I thought was as fair an offer as possible. Invariably, the women said "Oh Thank you". the men invariably said "Well, thanks but, I was hoping for more; can you do any better? Changing that one thing would make a huge difference in the unequal pay scales.
Generally, women were better employees, except for all the doctors appointments and days off for kid problems. I never (well, rarely) complained about that and never denied them that time off . And the fact that they were better workers made it all that much more painful when they would quit. And the main reason they would quit is because their boyfriend (nobody is married any more) was moving to another state for some reason or other. They rarely quit because of pay or working conditions, which I could have done something about. I never had a man quit because his girlfriend was moving. I never had a single dad take off for a sick kid.
These may well be societal problems, but I never felt it was fair that I should have to subsidize their family issues. I never decided they needed to have a baby and take a couple of months off (from which they rarely returned to full time work). Running a business is hard. Making payroll is hard. Giving money away because of biological and cultural differences that I have no control over is unfair to me, the employer.

Most of the people who make the rules never had to meet a payroll.

I don't know. I'm waiting to find out when this happens.

Obviously, this was another anti Trump show of perpetual dissatisfaction by the Left/Democrats to underscore the fact HILLARY LOST. More whining, poor me, and victimization. It must be nice to either not work, and be able to publicly agitate, or have the type of job that one can just call in sick, or take time off to do something frivolous.

I really miss the ROTFLMAO smiley.

Woman produces play putting HRC's words in Trump character, and vice versa, to illustrate how gender bias affected election. Results didn't please her.

Garbage like this makes the world more sickening by the day. It sends me running into the cyber manosphere for some fresh air.

Wait, has this already happened? When?
-
Yes it did and we men kept doing our job.
-
Yet ANOTHER example of how liberals view laziness and helplessness as a virtue.
-
Huh. I didn't notice a thing.
