What a weird arrangement. Does Hef then pay you rent? Do you live with him in the house like a room mate? Who has final say in what happens in, or to the house?
I'd say Playboy Enterprises is seriously hurting for cash. This is a cheesy way to raise some cash.

My guess is they're selling it as a sale, with a residual "life estate (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Life_estate)". The rules around which are pretty well established law.

My guess is they're selling it as a sale, with a residual "life estate (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Life_estate)". The rules around which are pretty well established law.
I imagine you are right, but even if the buyer moves in with him, the mansion is big enough that they would probably rarely see him. They would probably just his "Bunny Nurses", come and go as the feed and water him.

Yep. They are trying to reinvent their magazine to be some sort of serious mens magazine or something. IMO, their media enterprise is collapsing fast. Killed by competition and the internet.

I seriously doubt there are horny chicks walking in there. Gold digging chicks eager to be paid is quite likely. Each one personally recording every moment so they can publish their "memoirs" about their time with Hef.
On the other hand, lots of eye candy and some would flirt with you because they might assume you're important somehow and then... you never know... ;)
