Title: New York (state) building new airports?

I saw an advertisement for New York Economic Development on TV this morning, and one of the blurbs was that New York was building more airports throughout the state.  At least they think more airports are a good thing, but are they really doing that in New York?

Oh, and check out this photo for scholarship promotion.  What do you notice?  (I don't know how to imbed)
