Nicely done CA. Rant about the tax changes, then write legislation to redirect to the state. Brilliant!

Note also they are writing it as a state amendment to the constitution. Ballsy.

That’s OK. Wisconsin just got Foxconn. We’d gladly accept Apple, Microsoft, and most other California-based high wage, high profit businesses.
