This won't happen as long as Trump is in office and/or Republicans control at least one chamber of Congress. I'm not surprised by the fact that liberals want to keep moving in the direction of single payer. What surprises me is how they can't seem to stop making huge mistakes. The hard questions are never addressed, such as who pays for it and how, or how they plan to get around raising taxes on that many people.

This is just posturing for the time being.
