Laura Ingraham sent out a Tweet almost immediately that shredded her argument.
People seem to have forgotten how Obama told us those jobs wern't coming back and we had to get used to it.

Former interim Democratic National Committee chair Donna Brazile was full of posthumous praise for the late Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) on Wednesday’s edition of Fox News’ Special Report with Bret Baier.
The context was President Trump’s renewed criticism of McCain after a newly-released deposition showed how deeply McCain was involved in the fraudulent “Russia dossier” that has been used to attack the administration and divide the nation.
Brazile, who Fox News recently hired as a contributor, began by criticizing the president for speaking ill of the dead. She then continued: “John McCain leaves a legacy. He leaves a legacy of sacrifice. … John McCain should be honored for his service.”
It is heart-warming to read tributes to McCain from people who ignored his heroism and sacrifice and smeared his character when he ran against Barack Obama and, later, criticized him as president.
In 2014, for example, Brazile tweeted a hit piece on McCain, “The Vacant Soul of Senator John McCain.” She added: “Interesting article.”

Just like the Democrats and media gush all over George W. Bush now and his friendliness with Michelle (I never met a fried food I didn't like) Obama. When he was President they called him a Nazi, a Chimp, stupid, warmonger, draft dodgers, etc. Now they love him. Go figure. Hypocrites.

The current narrative is, if you are conservative (or pretend to be), you are hated. BUT, if you will bash Donald Trump, then we love you!
There is a cottage industry that has sprung up, write a book that is negative towards Trump and the MSM will give you hours of airtime to promote the book. If this person was formally associated with Trump, the publishers will give huge advances for said book.
Also, if you are a below average political writer, all you need to do is start bashing Trump and the MSM will celebrate you and promote your column, website, blog, etc.

That sort of reminds me of when I was watching the television broadcast of LBJ being laid in state. There were only 3 channels then, and they were all carrying it so it was no use changing the channel. I'll never forget when they interviewed a guy in line and asked why he was there. He said "I always wanted to see this man dead".
