Quote
The Supreme Court has agreed to decide whether plans by the Trump administration to end the so-called DACA program for young undocumented immigrants can proceed.

The justices announced Friday they will hear oral arguments on the appeal in its next term, which begins in October. A ruling is expected in the presidential election year, putting the high court at the center of one of the most politically charged issues.

Obviously this will be a while before it's decided.  My prediction now:  The court will decide 7-2 that the judiciary cannot favor a past administration over the current one.  The action on whether or not to continue the DACA program is a political one, an area in which a judiciary decision usurps the authority of The People.  Ultimately it was the citizens who legitimately elected the president and therefore endorsed his political agenda.

I wish I could agree with you, but given Roberts’ pension for finding intent vs following the law (regarding the ability of a president to not follow a EO of a predecessor), he will lead a 5-4 majority in favor of DACA being given the full effect of law, even though Congress never enacted such a law.

Roberts is a clear enemy of the United States, and obviously run by Globalists, probably mostly foreign.

The case before the supreme court is not about the validity of DACA, it is about the validity of the lower court judge blocking the president's executive order.  Their reasoning is that the president is violating the CRA because of his "known" bias against immigrants.

Article II is the source of the the president's authority to issue executive orders.  One of the questions before the court is whether a judge can use a Congressional law to block the President's Constitutional power.  These issues usually resolve as a giant no.

The secondary relates to the judiciary vs politics.  Political will is expressed as the will of the People and when the judiciary blocks that, they are not blocking the President, they are usurping the power of the People.  Such decisions are not the realm of the judiciary.  It hasn't been considered recently, but it's a past ruling of the Court.
