The University of Portland has launched a “Speak Up” webpage that encourages students to report “incidents of discomfort” to its Public Safety department.

When I was in college my "incidents of discomfort" generally revolved around hitting the bars and then going to Jimmy Sullivan's at 2:00 AM for some overindulgence of Biscuits and gravy.

My incidents of discomfort often occurred after eating too much cheese and drinking too much beer.  Bad combo for, well, you know.
