I don't like Michael Savage. He's a loud mouth blow hard with an enormous ego that likes to hear himself talk but... he does raise some very interesting points and questions in this blog post. I listened to his radio show today and there's even more. Scalia's body guards that usually follow him everywhere, were not at this ranch. He reportedly went to this ranch to go hunting, but just days earlier had MRIs done for a bum shoulder. Who wants to go hunting with a messed up shoulder?
Anyhow, neither Mr. Savage, nor I am suggesting Obama ordered a hit or anything, but it is suspicious and it could be an opportunistic left winger took a shot at changing the world.

I agree with your post.
I have happened to catch Savage a few times this week on Chicago's WLS when my local Milwaukee talk station has a UWM basketball game on the air, but I digress.
I'm not a fan, but sometimes he can be interesting.
When I first heard him talk about Scalia, I thought "Oh brother - another whack job conspiracy theory ." But he raises some good questions, such as why No one is even raising the idea of investigating the circumstances of the death of one the most influential Jurist of our times. He also believes that the law requires that, equating it to someone dying in a hotel room, to rule out foul play.
-
I am not saying that Scalia was murdered by the Obama Admin. I am not even saying that Scalia was murdered by rogue leftists who want to destroy the 2A. What I AM SAYING is that someone as important, high profile, and pivotal as Scalia should have had an autopsy, and investigation into their death. That is all. They should have ruled out foul play once, and for all to curtail any doubt. Now what we have is more divisiveness which is destroying our society.
Maybe the family was "convinced" not to pursue an autopsy? Who knows? But, now he is embalmed, so we will never know, and he was embalmed very QUICKLY.
-
What we don't know is the extent of his health problems prior to his death.
We also don't know Justice Scalia's wishes wrt autopsy nor do we know his family's wishes.
Is there any law that would have required an autopsy? If not, then wouldn't his wishes and his family's wishes take priority?

As I understand it, it is unusual, absent a doctor being present, for an unattended death to not have an autopsy. That one was not ordered for a Supreme Court Justice, and that a local judge would rush to declare the death natural causes, makes one think of Chappaquidick and Teddy Kennedy. Mary Jo Kapekni's (sp) body was whisked away on the orders of a friendly judge and local LE, and the question of why still hangs over him.
The whole thing is far too nice and neat to be true, imo.

First: Something uttered by Savage is automatically suspect in my opinion. The guy is a complete train-wreck.
Second: I concur with the above. I would go with the wishes of the family.
Third: I would also note that most of these people who criticize the actions of the local county folks have mostly not ever lived outside of a big city and lack any appreciation of life in a very rural setting.
I remember once when my wife was pregnant, we were doing an infant CPR class (in Calgary, a city of 1mil), and the instructor assured us that anywhere we would go an ambulance could get to us in under 10 minutes. Now, that's all well and good, but I know damned well that when we took the kid to visit Grandma and Grandpa, the closest ambulance was over 80 miles away. Folks out in places like West Texas don't expect a team from the ME office to arrive within minutes of every death to rule on it. They expect the local cops to use their good judgement in 99% of the cases.

Turns out the democrat judge doesn't wish to have her all-knowing, all-seeing, knowledge questioned.
It was a friendly democrat judge in Chappaquiddick, too.

Bold added.
Good point. As one who drives through west Texas it becomes very obvious, very quickly, that if one has an emergency said person best be well equipped to handle it alone. There are literally 100's of contiguous miles of nothing but barren land and livestock.
-
I guess the thing that makes me question it is, allegedly he was found with a pillow over his face. Do you know of anyone that sleeps with a pillow over their face?
-
Oh Brother....I didn't want to say anything but I suppose since it out there I might as well throw this log on the fire....
When I heard about his death, the first thing that went through my mind was that it was a similar situation like what happened to Lamar Odom (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3271659/Lamar-Odom-Dennis-Hof-s-Love-Ranch-Ryder-Cherry-Monica-Monroe.html), except they were able to keep things quiet.

You don't think a person as important as a Supreme Court Justice warrants a helo and a team of experts?

Not once deceased.

When I read in bed I have one pillow against the headboard and my head on another. Should my head fall into my chest the pillow will fall over my face. Very plausible explanation.

Oh yea. That's similar.

While the idea that Obama ordered it never occurred to me, the idea that it was an assassination certainly did.
Does anyone remember Vince Foster?
or
James McDougal (Convicted Whitewater partner of the Clintons who died of an apparent heart attack, while in solitary
confinement).
or a couple of dozen others?
