Title: Supreme Court nullifies injunction against wall construction.

But just to be clear, because the news wasn’t, this was not a final win. It was a stay of the injunction by the lower court pending a 9th Circuit appeal. Construction can move forward using the 2.5 million in funds the president reallocated. But the 9th circuit still has a say, which will likely put this back to the Supreme Court for a decision about whether or not the law is being correctly applied.

This wasn’t a decision of law, it was just nullifying a preliminary injunction while the case moves forward.

Not to my knowledge, but the Administrator could have done something without telling us.

I think bflynn’s bump posts aren’t any better than the spammer. I was simply reading the threads that weren’t created by the spammer and then marking all unread messages as read before leaving pilotspin.

Since bflynn might actually be posting some real content, I’m having to read all these existing threads he bumped. The spammer was easy to avoid - bflynn, not so much. Sheesh.

He's doing the right thing if the spammer is gone and it just cleans up the list. But if not then, well, doesn't help much.  Looks like it's still here.  >:(
