Tim Winters posted an interesting, and timely item:
Baby boomers are the most sensitive generation, a new study says — and it shows exactly what the world is getting wrong about millennials

Millennials are known for being sensitive, but society may be applying the label to the wrong generation.
Turns out, older generations are more hypersensitive than younger generations, a new study published in the journal Psychology and Aging found. This suggests that millennials (those ages 23 to 38) are less sensitive than baby boomers (those ages 55 to 73), Business Insider's Julia Naftulin reported.
The researchers defined "hypersensitivity" as being unreceptive to others' feedback and lashing out at any criticism toward one's self, Naftulin wrote.

Isn't a "study" just another name for a poll? All the polls said Hillary would win in a landslide. How'd that work out?

hmmmmm, seems that the claim "Baby boomers are the most sensitive generation" is overstating the conclusions of the referenced study. The main point of the study is that narcissism changes as we age.

I don't think the issue is about sensitivity, it's about expectation. Kids losing their minds because they don't have a 150k job with a company car right out of college. They don't want to work and that is further shown by their increasing infatuation with socialism.
My concern is that they go heavy down the socialist path in about 15 years and have no respect for their elders because the elderly's ability to contribute to society has passed.

I see narcissism more in younger people today, whom are buried in their phones every waking moment posting SELFIES on three or four different Social Media sites constantly. Why do these people feel the need to document everything they do for the world to see? Their pathetic lives are NOT interesting.

The ‘study’ referenced is little more than cobbeld together opinions shrouded around some unmeasurable ‘facts’ that we are all supposed to respect because the asshole spouting it has a degree.
