While there are some bad guys there, not all of the "residents" are bad guys. Some were totally innocent and wrong place/time and others are there because they are political prisoners who their home countries were paid to fill a slot. This is all verifiable.
It would be morally unjust to kill them all.

All I know is when we release them, they seem to turn back up. Their actions when set free don't paint the picture of innocent men.

you don't understand. The USA is to blame because the USA turned them into murderous evil by incarcerating them at Gitmo in the first place.

There probably a few "innocent" victims of circumstance. But in the past few years, most of them have been moved or released. The ones that remain are the hard-cores.

Agreed. If you wish to have every US soldier captured anywhere in the world in the future summarily executed with no chance for trade, or rescue, go ahead, shoot them all.

No. We have this exact same agreement with every other nation on earth. Are we afraid of all of them as well? No. They don't control shit. I would bet that almost every prisoner in Gitmo would rather be shot dead than live in there for life. They still believe they'll get their 72 virgins. Every day it goes on, it is agonizing for them. If you really hate these guys let them grow old and gray in there.

I hate to break it to ya bud, but there are no 72 Virgins. Even if it were true, they're VIRGINS, which means they are to stay that way since chastisy is an Islamic virtue for men and women.
Seriously, I think it was some idiot who briefed young soldiers on "This is what your enemy thinks" that got that started.

Hey, I've had a new idea.
I'm sure Dear Leader has thought of this already. Just turn over the Gitmo people to Dear Leader's new friend David Duke and his associates in White. Maybe that's what Dear Leader won't say anything bad about Duke and Co...he needs them for his future plans.
