Wow, no Cancel Culture warriors protesting? I’m sure that’s coming for that guy.
Anyway, very cool article.

That is pretty far away from me in the lower section of Bucks County. Bensalem is an older, close in suburb of Philly. I am in north central Chester County which I know you are familiar.
That all being said, I applaud their efforts. The Philly burbs have gone solidly BLUE as more people have moved from the urban center, and close in suburbs outward. Also, to escape high taxes, high crime and high cost of living we are seeing an influx from NY and NJ, even to the far west suburbs where I live.
They may have chosen Bensalem as that is an area close to NJ and all the Progressives that have flooded the area and changed it to Democrat.

That was my first thought: that’s a brave guy. But I sense maybe a subtle shift in the country, where outing yourself as a Trump supporter might be less dangerous as more and more walkaways and blexits speak out. Or maybe that’s just wishful thinking.

I don't bring up politics at work, or in public with people I don't know, unless I am feeling particularly brave which happens from time to time. It is certainly not a topic for work, but standing in line at Wawa, I may occasionally make a comment or two to shake up the Commie transplants around here. :)

I share your wishful thinking. That said, there's no way I would wear a MAGA cap or other Trump gear around here--"here" being a hyper-liberal part of California. I simply don't want to get into arguments and confrontations everywhere I go. For the same reason (and also to avoid vandalism) I never put any political or pro-gun stickers on my pickup.
