Why is it that it is always the "conservative" judges appointed by "Republicans" that jump ship to the other side? The Democrat appointed judges never do that. They remain Far Left, anti American and anti Constitution. Someone must have pictures of Roberts or they bought him off. How is this not a violation of at least the First Amendment?
WASHINGTON — A divided Supreme Court on Friday rejected an emergency appeal by a California church that challenged state limits on attendance at worship services that have been imposed to contain the spread of the coronavirus.
Over the dissent of the four more conservative justices, Chief Justice John Roberts joined the court's four liberals in turning away a request from the South Bay United Pentecostal Church in Chula Vista, California, in the San Diego area.

The church argued that limits on how many people can attend their services violate constitutional guarantees of religious freedom and had been seeking an order in time for services on Sunday. The church said it has crowds of 200 to 300 people for its services.

I'm disgusted by the notion that the government "allows" worship building to be opened.

The MEDIA, Democrats, some Republicans, Government and Education have purposely conditioned many people to believe that Government GRANTS US RIGHTS. In fact it is to the point where many are fine with willingly giving up natural rights. Speech, worship, assembly, the right to keep and bear arms, etc. It is INSANE!

Yes, he missed.
The notion that it's OK to treat Constitutional protections of rights as optional means they are not protections at all. We might as well strike the Bill of Rights from the Constitution.

That's the plan of the left.

Well George W. Bush proved himself to be a huge Progressive, New World Order, Globalist and Trump hater. I wonder if he knew all along Roberts was going to be like this?
