Looks like Phase 3 will start on or about 27 July.

Problem only affects a mostly useless ratio since negative test results yield an ephemeral quantity that doesn't lead to anything actionable. So not a scam - just poorly managed reporting protocols for a number that isn't normally reported with other common diseases.

 The problem is "news" organizations takes that data and begins 24/7 fear mongering.   To the average person it appears the virus is infecting anyone and everyone, and everyone tested is positive.

Also, the Media is making it seem that if you are infected it is virtually a DEATH SENTENCE.  Nobody indicates the mortality rate and the demographics of it.  Pure Fear Mongering of the highest order.  Turn on any news, especially local and national network and cable news.  mask, mask, mask, mask.  virus, virus, virus, virus, more Lock Downs, etc.  Then the America is racist stories. 

I think the Media is Public Enemy #1 right now.  We have many, many stupid, gullible, weak minded people that just lap it up.  This country is half Bliss Ninny, Nanny State types.

Moderna is in 4th place right now in the vaccine race.  It's probable that J&J and AstraZenaca will complete phase 3 trials in September.  Moderna has been delayed because they wanted different rules for conducting their trials.  The result was they got delayed when they were already behind.

I don't want to accuse people of insider trading, but the stock started moving early on the 13th and went from 60 to 75.  The public notice did not happen until the 14th.  It gained 25% the day BEFORE the announcement.
