Now other comments say that’s not a witness, it’s an old video from something not election related. I don’t know what to believe. I certainly think the left is or has attempted this or at least threats.
Actually if it was the CIA it probably wouldn’t have been this clumsy.

Supposedly there have been at least 4 assassination attempts on witnesses to fraud. I got that from alternative media which is at best 50% accurate. (As opposed to mainstream which is approximately 0% accurate.)
It is documented that witnesses have received threats, been blacklisted, doxed, stalked, and even physically attacked. But that all might just be ordinary leftist scum. This claim is that the CIA is targeting these people. IF (and that’s a big if) the CIA was indeed involved in the Dominion voter fraud then it’s almost a foregone conclusion it’s trying to eliminate witnesses but whether that particular video has anything to do with it is unknown. Whether the DOD withdrawing military support from CIA operations has anything to do with all of this is also unknown.
I don’t like to spread fake news but mainstream media has blacked out all relevant news on the subject, and it is extremely difficult to find out exactly what’s going on. IF this is an attack on a fraud witness we deserve to know. If someone can produce that video with a date stamp prior to the election that would rule out that it’s connected to the fraud allegations.

Consider that the truck driver for USPS that drove the trailer from Bethpage full of ballots, only to have the whole trailer stolen without a trace. The FBI and OIG that investigated were only interested in how he got on TV and who he was associated with, not even interested in the ballots.
Consider the witnesses that are in the hospital from being beat up, others who have had to go into hiding, etc.
Yea, the leftist are so pure and clean they have to resort to physical harm and threats to conceal the truth.

Comments are turned off for that video - unless you are referring to some other place with comments or perhaps when the uploader allowed comments?
If there have been four attempts, does keeping them anonymous as this point accomplish anything - other than throw doubt on there being any attempts at all? Frankly I mistook the screams in the video for an alarm they were so continuous.
Color me extremely skeptical simply because the people who are making these claims provide zero details on who, when, and where.
Edit to add:
I didn't see the "(+) More" expansion control on my first viewing. Clicked on it and the uploader has inserted a Google maps link to the location and the name of the person. Claim is "for this morning", presumably meaning the morning of the Dec 9 when the video was uploaded. So that takes care of the who, when, and where.
