THIS is why people love Donald Trump.  2.1 mg of iron is the kind of stupid federal regulation Trump gets rid of.  Too bad the writer of this article probably fails to see that, from her tweets she's a leftist, of course, being in "journalism". It's a good article though.

Apparently bucatini is a thing. (It’s all about the hole!) I never heard of it until I got some in my Sunbasket, which is a meal kit delivery service. So I googled it and found out about the shortage which (TLDR) is due in part to pasta companies scaling back production because covid and in part, for that one brand, the feds standard definition of “enriched macaroni”.
