I’m going to say “Mostly.” A couple decades ago they were clearly so. Too many of its current crop of staff writers are not able to apply - or possibly don’t fully know - libertarian principles.

This is true, they began in the vein of Milton Friedman - all free market economics, back in the day. I have noticed some evolution toward the current mishmash of leftist/libertarian culture that has infected libertarianism to a degree. But I confess I don’t follow reason.com very closely.
