Title: Is this the first time the Obama administration has used the word "genocide"

(this particular quote is from the NPR site)

""In my judgment, [ISIS] is responsible for genocide against groups in areas under its control including Yazidis, Christians and Shiite Muslims," Kerry said at the State Department."

I wonder when they finally figured it out

and I wonder if finally acknowledging the genocide will result in any actions...

Valerie Jarrett must have been sick at home with the flu.  Otherwise she would have NEVER allowed Obama to utter such words, especially the word "Christians."

This Administration hates to call a spade a spade.

It's always blame America first.  Valerie Jarrett and Michelle have been the intermediaries running Obama for years.

Terrorism
Radical Islam
Islamic Terrorism
Genocide
High Unemployment
Inflation

They do not use these words typically.

Add to the list, "ISIS."  He says "ISIL," as we have discussed before, suspectedly because it incudes "the Lavant," which includes Israel as an Islamic state.

Why should there be any "action"? We don't get involved in any of the genocide that happens with regularity in Africa, why is this so special? Why can't the Arabs living in area take action against this genocide and leave us out of it? Since Europe is suffering the direct result of ISIS, why don't they take action and leave us out of it?

In short why does America have to get entangled in the totally thankless job of fighting un winnable conflicts all around the globe when these conflicts really don't effect us much. The powers of the Middle East combined with the powers of Europe and Russia should be able to handle this rabble. If they are reluctant to do so, why should we?

I know America is desperate to relive the WWII victory days again, but we really need to let it go. We can't afford this endless combat and it is doing us no favors. It is the one thing that Obama has done that I approve of. He has been reluctant to be dragged into the Middle East yet again. I personally wish he would do even better and pull out of there altogether, but the war hawks here won't ever let that happen. Americans just aren't happy unless they are trying to fix a problem somewhere on the planet with bombs and guns.
