What are communist democrats always pushing policies that end up hurting poor, young, inexperienced and blacks?

It isn't hard to track who is harmed when the moron of the left virtue signal more and more people into poverty, while claiming the moral high ground.

They want to keep people poor and dependent.  Then create expensive Government programs to "help" them which only makes matters worse and wastes Tax Dollars.
