Title: You wake up in the morning
Post by: Rush on September 29, 2021, 06:38:37 AM: It’s dark out and there’s a thunderstorm. Makes me want to crawl back into bed and go back to sleep. Something about thunder and rain.

Oh gosh! BTDT so glad it isn’t me anymore. I guess I’m supposed to say enjoy it while you can, they grow up so fast, lol! Somehow that didn’t make it any better.

I have s story about that, a scheduled flight lesson, a thunderstorm in the distance, and a CFI who argued with me about whether we should go. I won, we didn’t, and the storm was on us before we would have finished our run up.

Thanks. We did get the plane pushed back in the hangar before the rain started.

I joined in 2015, then went to Alaska for another summer job and promptly forgot about this site.
