So... Right after OSHA ceases attempts to enforce the senile, imposter's vaccine mandate, ALL FIFTY Senate Republicans file Congressional Challenge to it.
I guess if you have nothing to lose, and the courts and OSHA have plowed the road ahead of you, there's no reason not to, but WTF??
Isn't like like challenging the school bully to a fight right after he goes to the hospital with two broken arms?
All fifty Senate Republicans are launching a formal challenge to President Biden's vaccine requirement for private businesses, as the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) order is being challenged in court. Indiana Sen. Mike Braun leads his 49 GOP colleagues in filing a resolution of disapproval against Biden's order that all companies with over 100 employees must require vaccines or weekly Covid-19 testing.

It’s politics. They are daring the Democrats to “approve” of the order, which courts have ruled illegal. The alternative is forcing Dems to slap down their own President.
Because they are so caught up in personal loyalty, Dems will probably not recognize that disapproving the mandate is the stronger move.
