Watch and listen carefully. More and more discussion of the contents of the Laptop from Hell. More talk about the 25th Amendment and Dementia Joe. Inflation out of control, record energy prices, a totally fucked withdrawal from Afghanistan and now a disaster war in Ukraine. Oh, and get ready for food shortages.
Joe's days are numbered, but the have to figure a way to "Agnew" Kamala. Time is running out, if they wait till November the lunatics will have little to no say in her successor. Plus, if they can flush Joe and Kamala they may get a slight bump in the polls and reduce the carnage coming in the mid terms.
Keep watching.

Wish I could believe this, but somehow I do not. Doesn't seem like something the Democrats would do.

The handlers behind Biden are in a bad place. Their puppet is falling apart much faster than anticipated, something (duh) they never anticipated.
The leftist lunatics hiding in the WH care more about their jobs than they do about FJB or Kamel Toe. They are smart enough to know if they don't participate in the removal and replacement of these two, it also means their removal as well. Add in the power struggle between the FJB handlers and the Kamel Toe handlers and it gets even messier.
If it goes to November, the risk of having republican majorities decreases their chances even more. It's now a time squeeze to save their asses.

We Americans are in a fucked up bad place. If Biden is out and somehow they get rid of Kameltoe, by succession, Pelosi becomes president. If she wins or loses in November, the House will vote for the next speaker. Theoretically, 435 people will be voting for the next president, and it’s not a foregone conclusion that Pelosi would win even if Dems hold the House, and it definitely won’t be Pelosi if the GOP gets it. Can you say President McCarthy? God help us.

This is why they must "Agnew" Kamel Toe first. Go back to 1974 when they were pushing RMN out of the presidency. They didn't want Agnew as president, so a little IRS scandal was concocted to get him to resign. This allowed Nixon (or better yet, the UniParty) to choose GRF as VP and he easily made it through confirmation as he was palatable to both sides. Once he was in place, Dick was told resign or get thrown out.
The UniParty doesn't want the drunken Witch of the West or RINO McCarthy to become president.
Just keep watching.

Democrats cannot get rid of Kamala without Republican help unless she agrees to get kicked out. If the president contests the 25th amendment, Congress must vote by a 2/3 majority to remove her.
She is too caught up in her hubris to allow that.
-
Kamel Toe will have a sudden scandal appear, ala Agnew in ‘74.
In a back room they will tell her to resign, on her own, or face an even larger scandal which may include an indictment. She will resign.
Dementia Joe will not get the 25th. He’ll resign due to “health concerns”. And if Hunter gets indicted, FJB will leave his pardon on his desk as he leaves.
-
Suppose they put the screws to her when she is VP…why would the Dems do that knowing they lack a VP to be the tie breaker, so they cannot get a majority vote in the Senate? They cannot choose a replacement that isn’t acceptable to at least one Republican.

The replacement of the VP requires both houses to approve.
We saw this happen in 1973 and we are about to see it happen again. This is not about pure numbers of democrats and republicans, it is about back room deals picking a replacement that both sides can live with for the next two years.
In 1973 the establishment wanted RMN removed, and his VP wasn’t a suitable successor. A scandal occurred with Agnew, and they eventually got him on a single count of tax fraud. That scandal caused him to resign from office, which opened the door for the establishment to pick his replacement which they knew they were picking not only the VP, but in fact the next President (Gerald Ford).
Ford was liked by both parties, and was generally considered a care taker of the WH till the next election.
We are there again. The dims don’t like Kamel Toe, and they won’t have a problem dumping her. They will have to cut some back room deals with the republicans to get a replacement both sides can deal with. What are those deals? Don’t know. And we may never know. But with the slim margins in both houses, and the disaster of the FJB administration, time is running out and they are up against the wall.

My prediction: absent a natural (versus malevolently induced) debilitating or fatal medical condition, there will be no changes in the administration's leadership until the 2024 election.
Imaginative scenarios exist in uncountably large number. Can't see why I should buy any particular scenario except the most prosaic.

No one is asking you to buy anything. And no one is stating that anything is carved into stone.
The political winds are shifting, and not in this administrations favor.

Fair enough. Absent "vote fortification" things look bad for the administration after this year's congressional elections. By then the Democrats+RINOs will not have the the power to execute any plot that puts anyone they like into the executive branch. They now have only 9 months left to plot and execute.

I think my core question was missed. The Senate is split 50/50 and approval of a new VP requires a majority vote. If you remove the VP, there is no tie breaker.
How do the Democrats get a person acceptable to them without Republican approval?

I guess they’d have to keep nominating people until one of them got a majority vote. There wouldn’t be a tie breaker. Some Republican would have to break rank. If no one ever got approved the clock would run out and we just wouldn’t have a VP until the next election. If the President died or was removed/became incapacitated, you’d just keep going on down the line of succession until somebody qualified (was 35, a U.S. citizen, etc.)

It's called "let's make a deal" time. Back room of course.
The dims won't get another lunatic leftist, they will have to agree to a moderate acceptable to both sides.
On October 10, 1973, Vice President Spiro Agnew (a Republican) was forced to resign following a controversy over his personal taxes. Under the terms of the 25th Amendment, a vice presidential vacancy is filled when the president nominates a candidate who is confirmed by both houses of Congress. President Richard Nixon (a Republican) thus had the task of selecting a vice president who could receive the majority support of both houses of Congress, which were then controlled by the Democrats.
President Nixon considered selecting former Texas Governor John Connally, New York Governor Nelson Rockefeller, and California Governor Ronald Reagan.[1] However, Nixon settled on House Minority Leader Gerald Ford of Michigan, a moderate Republican who was popular among the members of Congress (in both parties) and who was good friends with Nixon.[1] Ford won the approval of both houses by huge margins, and was sworn in as the 40th vice president of the United States on December 6, 1973.[1][2] On August 9, 1974, Ford ascended to the presidency after the Watergate scandal led to the resignation of President Nixon.

It’s possible Biden will hang on so he can pardon his family and perhaps even masses of other cabal players. Don’t think he can pardon himself though. My view all along has been that Harris and Biden are disposable puppets and easily sacrificed.

I agree. FJB will leave pardons on the desk on his way out, he has zero to lose. And you are absolutely correct on the puppets.
The lunatic left badly miscalculated how bad FJB was mentally when they placed Kamel Toe on the ticket. They also miscalculated just how awful she was.

Except for the SCOTUS vote, very little legislation happens in the 10 months leading up to an election. So the loss of Kamel Toe shouldn’t have any meaningful repercussions prior to the November election. True, the new Congress isn’t seated until early January, so she could be used in the lame duck session, but except for tax extenders, I don’t predict much happening legislatively.

Yes, they really did.
They also are continuing to misread the public. They are allowing illegals to pour over the border despite the fact that the more illegals invade, the more Hispanic citizens turn red, along with Texas.
They are doubling down on wokeness in schools despite parents now making it clear they do not want that shit in our schools.
They are still taking the black vote for granted and ignoring growing unhappiness among blacks with the Democrat party. Blacks were never lunatic left. They’re not on board with authoritarianism in vaccine mandates, forced trannies in bathrooms and locker rooms, or zero law and order.
But this lunatic left now dominates the Democrat party. The Democrat party in allowing that to happen has alienated its base. Despite what media would have you believe, the majority of Americans are not woke lunatics. They’re also not far right radicals. They are simply common people who just want to be left the fuck alone.
-
Yeah, they want to be left alone but many want "free" stuff and for Government to "do something".

Most people are deeply stupid when it comes to basic economics. Even Russell Brand who I’ve come to admire for certain things and who is far from stupid generally, seems unable to grasp the concept of profit motive as the underlying engine of nearly every damn thing we have, and the basis of the interactive relationships between human individuals and groups, and that is hardwired into our DNA.
I never hear him offer an alternative system other than “base it on compassion, not profit.” I never hear him distinguish between true free market profit and profit from corrupt government interference in private corporations. I never hear him say the word “profit” in a positive context. Only negative. It’s as if he is oblivious to the fact that profit is why he has whatever he has. Whoever invented it, manufactured it, marketed it, shipped it, all of that is driven by profit.
Profit is like “gun”. It is inherently neither good nor evil but can be used either way. Corporations can become insulated, monopolistic and greedy. So can individuals, they can profit as con artists. Evil. Or profit is why the local restaurant wants to sell you a good meal. It’s why some drug company invented this eyedrop that fixed my sore eye this week. Thank God for greedy profit driven drug companies. On the other hand they got too greedy with the covid vaccine.
People are just too stupid to parse the difference. “Free stuff” is not at all free. You’re stealing from the work of another. You are “profiting” by getting an authority to take from someone else and give to you. Or, if government is printing up money, you’re driving inflation and devaluing your own income, earned or not, and worsening the overall economy making things worse not better for you in the long run.
Or you simply made a deeply stupid decision and now want someone else to bail you out, like taking out college loans for a worthless degree.

I hear Brand talked about decentralizing government to the local level.

Hey, we did make lynching a Federal hate crime. ::)

I hear Brand talked about decentralizing government to the local level.
Yes he certainly does. So he’s definitely not a communist in the sense of centralized government control of the means of production, nor is he a socialist in the sense of centralized control of the economy. He doesn’t believe in centralized control of anything which certainly means he’s against globalism. He talks a lot against the government/media/business alliance run by politicians and billionaires that seems to be becoming an ominous overlord. On that I agree completely.
But he also doesn’t ever talk about private business ownership for profit being a good thing. He seems to have some idea that if power were dispersed down to the local level, that people would run things as small communes producing and sharing selflessly out of the goodness of our hearts. That seems to be his ideal, and it is as unrealistically utopian as all the other idealisms that ignore basic human nature, which is selfishly transactional.

Oh it didn’t take that long. He set us on this path right after he took office. Canceling everything Trump did to make the country strong. This most recent stuff is just what will get is blown to smithereens by Russia. Come to think of it he started pissing Russia off in Ukraine during the Obama administration.
