Title: New Colorado Bill

Current statutes can consider underage teen sexting a form of child pornography, a felony requiring those convicted to register as sex offenders.

So I guess this might be a step in the right direction. But on the other hand, how about we not criminalize at all possession of naked pictures of yourself? I can't think of any reason we need a bill that retains the criminalization of that.

No idea how one could stop them. Agree that criminalization is a bit extreme.
