A Trump nomination would put a Democrat in the White House, seriously threaten Republican majorities in Congress and leave the Republican Party in shambles. Let’s hope Republicans wake up before it’s too late.
Glad the Trumpkins can vent their anger at the Establishment that Trump has bought and paid for.

Larry Sabato predicts an electoral bloodbath with Trump:

That is depressing. I wonder how accurate it is.
I would also like to see a similar projection pitting Cruz against Hillary.
And it just might be to early to count Sanders out. His fundraising pace is picking up:

Last month, the Sanders campaign nearly doubled the fundraising total of Clinton's campaign, which brought in $23.5 million. Fewer than one in three of Clinton's dollars last month were raised from small-dollar donors, compared to almost two in three for Sanders.

It's a good article, and he does discuss Cruz, but did not do an electoral calculation with Cruz.

Then perhaps the Donald should gracefully bow out. He can claim he wasn't treated fairly by the Party, the other candidates smeared him, the public didn't understand him... etc.
After all the Donald is a winner!!

If he does that he will run third party which will seal the deal on the Republicans not winning the White House.

Don't think that will happen (but who knows!). The Donald is smart enough to realize he can't win as a third party candidate, and he is a winner NOT a loser.

At that point I think it would be less about him winning and more of a "if I can't win, nobody from the Republicans will win" type attitude. We'll see. He did sign the pledge and then said it vocally several times that he would support the nominee whomever it was until just recently. To be fair the other candidates have started questioning whether or not they would support him as well.

For trump it's all about whether or not people treat him "fairly." Just like the rest of the 5th graders who get their feelings hurt if things weren't fair.
I wonder if the creditors and employees he stiffed when he declared multiple bankruptcies think that they were treated fairly?

C'mon
You know Trumpy's standards only apply to the little people, not him. Ban Muslim immigration, but his rich Muslim friends can sail right through.
