Once again, like clockwork, the Leftists in this state take to the courts what they can't win at the ballot box. Virtually every Walker reform has been dragged through the courts: Act 10; Concealed Carry; voter ID; and now Right to Work. All have had injunctions, all have been won on Appeals, and most have been dragged into the Federal court system when the State Supreme Court sided with Walker.
Fortunately, after Tuesday, Constitutional Constructionists hold a 5-2 majority in the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
