Since so many polls indicate that Kasich has the best (only) chance of beating Hillary in the general election; if it came down to it, how would you vote if Kasich was awarded the nomination?

Of course.
-
I will vote for the Republican nominee in the general solely due to Supreme Court appointments.
-
If the only choice was between Kasich & Clinton I would vote for Kasich.
Right now it is a very good chance I am going to vote for the Libertarian Party

So you are good with Hillary winning?

So you are OK with Hillary appointing four far left, radical anti 2A Justices to the Supreme Court?

What's the difference if Hillary appoints them or if Trump makes a "fantastic deal" with Majority Leader Schumer (because Trump as the nominee pretty much guarantees loss of the Senate) to appoint them?

Well, that is a possibility, but with Hillary it is a GUARANTEE. I'd rather go with the least probability.

Trump has said that he'll be "flexible" and make deals. He's given money to Schumer.
Schumer will be calling the shots.
Trump has given zero indications that he won't appoint far-left judges.

That's my take as well.
