I went through a vegetarian phase. Nothing wrong with it, as long as you keep up with proteins and B12 and so on.  But most vegans as far as I can tell are extreme ideologues motivated by the belief we shouldn’t eat animals. Which is astounding given that animals eating each other is universal in nature. The cognitive dissonance to believe man is no better than animals, or animals are morally equivalent to man, and all are part of nature while also holding the belief that man eating other species of animal is wrong when that is pervasively normal in nature, is indeed as delusional as any freak cult.

I eat egg whites, chicken breast and tuna for protein plus I usely drink a protein supplement. I do take vitamins and glucosamine/condroiten each day. Other than that it It's just vegetables, fruit and occasionally alcohol.    ;D

Most alcohol is vegan.
