Apparently the court feels the communist biden regime has been limiting free speech against those with ‘disfavored’ viewpoints.

A Trump appointed judge was it?  Now the Dems are screaming that judiciary has too much power. Only when things don’t go their way. They are more than happy to let them legislate from the bench when it’s something they want.
