Bryan Malinowski Was the executive director of the Little Rock airport aka Bill and Hillary Clinton airport aka Adam’s Field aka KLIT (really?)
Anyway, he was a firearms collector and hobbyist. He sold them totally legally up until recently when the ATF made up a new (unconstitutional) rule about needing a dealer license to sell just about any gun which has since been injuncted by a court.
In the meantime the ATF got a warrant to search this guy’s house. Instead of maybe approaching this guy at work at the airport, they decide to raid his home in the dark at 6am. Ten cars worth of dark clad agents. They put tape over his door cam, bust down the door without knocking or announcing themselves or wearing body cams. Mr. Malinowski hears this, and thinking it’s a home invasion gets a firearm, attempts to defend himself and his wife and is shot in the head next to his wife, who is then dragged outside in her flimsy nightie, barefoot, and they make her sit in the car for 4 hours denying her a bathroom break or letting her know the condition of her husband. Her husband was brain dead and eventually did not survive.
I believe this new rule originated with the Biden administration. They’re coming after ALL us legal, peaceful gun owners.

Despicable. We now truly live in a Police State. Yet convicted Felons are let off of multiple gun charges, where they are actually used in violent crime. These Felons possess guns illegally and use them illegally. This guy did not and he was killed by the Gestapo.

According to Taylor's attorney, the judge in the case instructed them at one point not to bring "the Second Amendment into this courtroom", telling them "it doesn’t exist here. So you can’t argue Second Amendment. This is New York."

Just last week another Brooklyn resident received a three-year sentence for pulling a gun on a convenience store clerk. Dewayne Tripp, a convicted felon not allowed to possess a firearm at all, also allegedly violated the terms of his pre-trial release by testing positive for drugs on more than one occasion, as well as visiting an illegal gaming establishment, yet he'll be released from federal prison long before Taylor is able to leave the state penitentiary.
Differential enforcement. They want the criminal thugs loose, victimizing mostly blacks and low income folks with an illegally obtained handgun, because it destabilizes society and justifies their gun control laws, but the peaceful law abiding collector of multiple “military grade” rifles they want to shut down and these are the real targets of their unconstitutional laws. They fear those types, because they suspect they could be a threat to the regime.

I have a feeling this is going to be a landmark case when the Supreme Court hears this. It shouldn't make it that far, but NY keeps forgetting that the right to bear arms does exist. The judge needs to be run off the bench and disbarred for denying him the right to put up a defense.

Right. His comment about the 2nd amendment not belonging in NY is over the top. He's saying NY does not abide by the U.S. Constitution which is essentially treasonous.

It's a hanging or firing squad ruling. Beyond acceptable by any standard. Washington would have had him shot on the spot.
