It looks like the coward john roberts got his way.
The court ruled Presidents have immunity for all Official acts.

Typical f the coward, roberts, rather than deal with what is their responsibility they sent it back with orders to deal with the details.

That's good and bad. Good that they ruled he has immunity from official acts but bad that they sent it back down for lower court to determine whether the acts were "official" instead of just ruling them themselves.  But at least hopefully it pushes all this til after the election.
