If he really has Covid, then I'm sure they are narrowing down from whom he contracted it. They should have detailed records of everyone he came in contact with and have them tested. Of course though, they won't have records of any friends of Hunters that he met with.

Still not sure. How will some Democrats respond to having the "Democratically" elected candidate just replaced? Are Democrats that stupid to just accept that. I'm already poised to hit social media with the fact the the party of Democracy will have the elites of the party select their candidate. Having COVID is not an excuse to drop out for God's sake.

It's one more nail to put on the side of voluntarily dropping out. When my wife got Covid, it scared her into changing her attitude. Of course though, she almost died from it in the emergency room. They actually had to reboot her (stop her heart and restart it) to stop the arrhythmia.

Even I didn't realize it was that long ago. She just had to go have another recheck with her cardiologist because of it. She is still on long term drugs that require SI (therefore went Basic Med).

Result of my annual checkup with the Cardiologist yesterday.
He did have bigeminal PVCs on his EKG and not quite as many PVCs by auscultation.

This covid case is indeed very convenient. He didn't have it when he gave his speech nor when he surrounded himself with crowds in a restaurant. But he did have it right after. He must have known... so why did he purposely infect others with covid? Doesn't he know that it's the most contagious and deadly disease known? And not wearing a mask is grounds to fire him immediately. Of course that's why he had to isolate himself for the next two weeks.
I believe this as much as I believe the USSS / FBI / CIA. The wheels are off the short bus.

I heard from the talking heads this morning that the FJB team is working to get him nominated before the convention so it will be VERY hard for anyone to remove him.

As I understand the origin of the virtual nomination:
The Democratic convention occurs after the Ohio registration deadline, so if Biden were nominated at the convention his name would not have appeared on Ohio ballots. So Democrats arranged to do a virtual nomination ahead of the convention to insure Ohio's registration requirements could be met before the deadline. However, in May the Republican dominated legislature in Ohio approved legislation that pushed back the registration deadline to after the convention. This magnanimous gesture on the part of the Republicans was not without a price: they added a ban on foreign nationals contributing to state ballot campaigns. And the definition of foreign nationals was expanded to include green card holders.
The reason to do a virtual nomination has become void.

She is instrument rated with over 1700 hours. 600 in our C-172 and 1,100 in our Bonanza. She got her ppl at 53 yrs old and her IR at around 60. She is 67 now so that 1,700 hours was done in 17 years.
That's why I keep her around.

Don't know. I did have that little episode before I was vaxxed that sent me to the cath lab.

As I understand the current problem: The pressure to do a procedural nomination ahead of the convention and to do with internal politics and the Ohio rules. That somehow morphed into the two faction argument, where one side (fjb) was intent on securing the nomination to make it really hard to kick him to the curb, and the other wanted time to secure enough pressure to force an open convention and then broker for their preselected (not kamel-hair) candidate.
