Title: Victor Davis Hanson on Trump’s unstoppable rise to power
Post by: Bamaflyer on January 26, 2025, 06:12:58 AM
Haven’t watched this yet but I intend to later today.

I’ll end today’s overlong Weekend Edition with a strong recommendation that you watch this YouTube video titled, “Victor Davis Hanson on Trump’s unstoppable rise to power.” In the hour-long episode, conservative historian and public intellectual Victor Davis Hanson discussed his perception of Trump in a historical context. It was taped on January 21st, without the benefit of seeing the week play out, which makes it even more significant. VDH called it.

Starting it now.

Speaking of Trump’s rise to power, there was a very interesting astronomical aspect on the day of his inauguration which has extreme significance astrologically.

I don’t buy into astrology on the daily horoscope level. It’s too simple and stupid and vague. But when you deep dive into it, you find things that seem more than just coincidence. If there’s anything to it, I don’t necessarily think the planets exert direct forces on us, but rather the entire universe was set in motion by an original initiator, be it God if you wish, the Big Bang or whatever set in motion the whole space time continuum, and therefore all events follow the same impulse pattern, like ripples in a pool when you throw a rock into it.

This in no way conflicts with the concept of free will. We can stick a stick into the pool and interrupt the ripples. The energy will still be there but can be influenced and directed.  So astrology might predict general tendencies and patterns but how they actually play out cannot be foretold.

So what happened at the inauguration was Pluto returning to the same place in Aquarius it was when the U.S. was born which also is the same place as the Sun (a Sun-Pluto conjunction). The last time this happened was the Revolutionary War. Obviously the Revolutionary War transformed the United States in a violent and permanent way. The interpretation of the Pluto “return” to this position is the completion of a cycle, the beginning of another, through another complete transformation; death and rebirth.

The Sun represents your core self, in this case the core identity of the country. (Countries have birth charts just like individuals).  And Pluto represents power.  Ultimate transformative power: sex, birth, death, destruction and rebirth like a Phoenix in best cases or descent into Hades in the worst.

Obviously the left is interpreting the Sun-Pluto conjunction at Trump’s inauguration as the “death of democracy and replacement with autocracy ZOMG Trump has declared himself dictator!”

This is why you cannot pay any attention to astrologers. They’ll put their own biased spin on everything.

Another, more positive, way to interpret it is the death or radical transformation of the deep state: the massive bureaucracy that the federal government has grown into over the past two centuries. The conjunction endows Trump with the power necessary to accomplish this. A basic tenet of astrology is that things that have become ossified and outdated will be wiped out by such transits and that you can actively engage in doing so yourself but if you don’t, it will be imposed upon you from outside.

This is what is happening to the left and the Uniparty right now. They created the Trump phenomenon, by their own behaviors.

There has never before been a presidential inauguration while Sun was conjunct Pluto. Not even George Washington because the transit had been completed by the time he was inaugurated three years after the war ended.  My interpretation of this is that Trump might possibly go down in history as the most powerful president of all time.  And hopefully he will have transformed us into a better, more free nation.

Finished the video. It is indeed excellent and I highly recommend it. VDH never disappoints.

And by the way he directly addresses the point I made about deporting illegals who are hard working, specifically Mexicans as opposed to other nationalities who have not yet established deep ties to communities here.

He outlines the steps in priorities and how it will go, with the aforementioned law abiding workers last, but they are on the list.

I’m not saying it’s right or wrong or good or bad, just saying VDH talks about it with some depth. I think it’s at the very end of the interview.
